At Smith Teamaker, we strive to ensure every cup is exceptional, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our tea, we offer returns or replacements on items within 30 days of receipt to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Process

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- 2.Provide Product Details
For quality control purposes, please include the lot number found on the bottom of your tea carton or the back of your loose leaf pouch.
- 3.Prepare Your Package
If a return is required, securely pack the unused item in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a boutique credit within 5-7 business days.
